The hall bathroom is DONE at last!! I chose a light green called "Green Thyme". Some of the pictures came out looking more of a lime green. The bathroom is decorated for summer/patriotic (I swap out towels & shower curtain for fall/winter)
This shows the color the closest. And there is my $5 thrifted Warren Kimble picture!!
View of the new thrifted mirror. It originally had the builder special mirror just stuck to the wall with no frame-yuck. The wall pocket & corner drawers are thrifted.
I re-did the light fixture. It originally was shiny silver--and my hubby LIKED it and didn't want to get a new one. We compromised by me painting it flat textured black. It looks 100% better!!
Little corner display--the shower curtain is a khaki & cream homespun check. I put out sunny yellow towels for summer (yeah-I switch towels every season)
View into the bathroom from hall. I picked the doll up at a yardsale this weekend and added the flags.
Here's a picture of our calico cat "Callie" sitting under her "entertainment center/birdfeeder" waiting for her little feathered friends to appear. She spends hours in the Craft Palace window watching the feeder.
Hope you enjoyed the tour of the bathroom. I'm getting paint burn-out--but i've got the master bath/bedroom yet to go.
